Revenue Cycle Uncovered has grown out of a lot of questions, research, and copious amounts of caffeine. I'm always interested in hearing what other people are curious about, especially when it involves one of those little details that doesn't quite make sense until you start digging.
Maybe you've come across an unusual billing situation, found an interesting resource, or noticed something in an article that deserves another look. You're welcome to reach out.
Email is the easiest way to contact Revenue Cycle Uncovered. Public article comments are disabled, but questions, suggestions, and editorial feedback are always welcome.

If you're writing about a particular article, including the link is helpful. Corrections are especially appreciated when they come with a supporting reference, although you certainly don't need to arrive with a research paper attached.
I'm also happy to hear about subjects that might be worth exploring, whether they're familiar revenue cycle challenges, unusual rules, useful tools, or something you haven't been able to find a satisfying explanation for.
I read messages as time allows, so I can't promise an individual response or that every suggestion will become an article. But thoughtful feedback can help improve what's already here and introduce questions I might never have considered.
If you'd rather join a public conversation, there's also RCU | Community, a separate discussion space. For website questions, corrections, or anything you don't want to share publicly, email remains the best option.
Healthcare revenue cycle work involves information that shouldn't travel through an ordinary email.
Please don't send protected health information (PHI), identifiable patient or claim details, confidential financial records, nonpublic payer contracts, proprietary workplace documents, or other restricted information. Examples should be generalized or appropriately de-identified.
Revenue Cycle Uncovered is an educational resource, so I'm unable to review individual patient accounts, resolve personal billing disputes, or make claim-specific reimbursement determinations. Those questions are best directed to the appropriate healthcare organization, payer, or authorized department.
You can also connect with me on LinkedIn. I occasionally share interesting revenue cycle subjects and professional observations there.
For anything related to the website itself, email remains the best way to reach me.
